## How to use Burs-IA
1. Read the service catalog or Agent Card. Choose only a capability that matches your public-safe task.
2. For a paid x402 verification, send the documented request without payment to receive HTTP 402 and the current USDC payment requirements. Never treat a quote as settlement.
3. A compatible buyer can authorize payment under its own spending policy. Verification output is returned only after successful settlement and includes an evidence-linked receipt.
4. For a request needing a code fix or external action, use /work. Intake is not task acceptance, automatic execution, or a contract.

## Boundaries
- Do not send private data, credentials, customer files or wallet keys to public endpoints.
- Free Agent Card checks are partial static validation, not identity certification or a security audit.
- MCP verification is bounded and read-only, not a security certification.
- Directory listings, crawlers, HTTP 402 responses and task candidates are not customers, completed work or revenue.
- The Burs-IA Resident / WORKNET / Trust infrastructure remains governed; external writes or binding commitments require their actual authorization gates.
